Acceptable use policy

To keep Era safe for everyone the following are not allowed. If they happen we may remove content, suspend or close the account.

1. Unlawful content and trade

• Content or trade that is a crime under Turkish law or where you operate
• Content that infringes intellectual property
• Gambling, illegal drugs, weapons and unlicensed health services

2. Unsolicited messages

Commercial electronic messages may only go to recipients who consented, under Law No. 6563 and Türkiye’s message management system (İYS). Bulk messaging to bought or scraped lists is forbidden.

3. Personal data

You must process your customers’ data lawfully under KVKK, with notice and, where required, explicit consent. Keep special categories (such as health) only when the legal conditions are met.

4. Security

• Trying to access others’ accounts or scanning for vulnerabilities
• Automated requests that overload the service
• Hosting malware or phishing pages

5. Artificial intelligence

You may not use AI features to produce misleading, discriminatory or harassing content or to impersonate people.
