Terms of service
Last updated: 4 October 2026
Draft — pending legal review. Bracketed details will be completed before launch.
1. Parties and scope
These terms govern the service relationship between [Company legal name] (“Era”) and the person or company that opens an Era account (“Customer”). By opening an account you accept them. Mandatory consumer protections under Turkish law remain unaffected.
2. The service
Era is an online software service made of modules for customers, bookings, shop, finance, inbox, website, tables, workflows and AI. Modules and features change over time; if we remove an important feature we tell you in advance.
3. Account and security
You keep your account details accurate, protect your password and answer for the permissions you give your team. Tell us at once if you notice unauthorised use.
4. Fees and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose and renew at its end. Prices exclude VAT. We announce price changes at least 30 days ahead. Unpaid accounts may be restricted; your data is not deleted during that time.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Cancel whenever you like; the service runs to the end of the period. For consumers, the right of withdrawal may be limited for digital services started with their consent, as Turkish distance-selling rules allow.
6. Your data
The data you put into Era is yours. You grant us the limited right to use it to provide the service. For your customers’ personal data you are the controller and we are the processor (DPA summary). After closing your account you can export your data for 30 days; then it is deleted.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use Era for unlawful purposes, unsolicited bulk messages or to infringe others’ rights. See our acceptable use policy.
8. Artificial intelligence
AI features produce suggestions and can be wrong; checking outputs — especially about money, health and law — is your responsibility. If you connect your own AI provider key, that provider’s terms apply too.
9. Service levels
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and announce planned maintenance in advance. Enterprise plans may include a written service-level commitment.
10. Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or lost profit, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months. Intent and gross negligence are excluded from this limit.
11. Governing law
Turkish law applies. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Central) have jurisdiction; consumers keep their right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts.
