What Era remembers, under your control

Era asks before it keeps anything; what you approve is stored with its source. Correct, forget, keep private or erase for good; an erasure request removes everything learned about that person.

The brain: knowledge areas and memories

Fact, preference, rule or method: each memory’s kind, who it is for, its source and end date. Your corrections to Era’s decisions are used next time.

What you can do on Brain

Each is a button or a form in the app; every one is tied to role permissions and logged.

Confirm or correct one of Era’s decisions

Right or wrong — and if wrong, what was right. The next time Era decides the same question it learns from the corrections.

Decide a possible match of an erasure request

Someone Era knows only shares the name of a customer whose data was erased: erase what Era learned about them too, or dismiss it as a different person.

Erase everything Era learned about a person

A data-subject request (KVKK m.7 / GDPR art. 17): every fact about the person, every version of them, and the person in Era’s memory are deleted; the register keeps that it was done.

Create a brain

A new brain with its own knowledge spaces — for the company, one person, an Era or a voice agent.

Add a knowledge space

A new space inside a brain — Sales, Product docs, Customer success, Personal notes.

Change a brain

Rename it, choose what it learns from, how long a short memory lasts and how sure it must be to remember.

Archive a brain

Stops using a brain; what it knows stays in its history. The company brain stays.

Correct, forget or keep private something Era learned

Düzelt writes your wording, Unut stops Era using it, Gizli tut keeps it to you, Doğru confirms it, Taşı moves it to another space of its brain.

Permanently erase something Era learned

Kalıcı olarak sil: the fact, every earlier and later version of it, its links, the decisions about it and its mention in insights are deleted. Unut only stops Era using it.

Forget something ("bunu unut")

Forgets a memory — by its id, or by its words ("bunu unut: Ahmet Bey sabah randevusu"); Era stops using it and it stays in the history — or stops using a skill by its name (paused, not deleted). More than one match is refused with the candidates so you can ask which.

Ask to remember something

Era asks before it keeps anything ("Bunu hatırlayayım mı?"): a fact, a preference, a rule or a procedure, for one person, everyone or one module, optionally until a date — or a skill (named steps) it drafted from repeated work. Nothing is kept until a person approves.

Answer what Era asked to keep

Approve (optionally re-worded, re-filed, with an end date) or reject. Approving keeps the memory — confirmed, with where it came from — or makes the skill live as its next version. In a chat, call it only after the person said yes or no.

How it connects to other modules

Brain is part of the AI module and uses the same customer record and permissions. From this screen, work happens in other modules too:

Sales: Open a lead.

The AI module’s role permissions apply here too. Era works within the same permissions; sending and deleting wait for your approval.
