Start a draft order
The shop assistant’s version of a basket: an order nobody has placed yet.
Start a draft, apply a voucher or a staff discount with a reason. When a return comes in, receive and inspect it; what can be sold goes back on the shelf and the money moves in Finance.
Each order’s channel, customer, total and status. Re-ordering at today’s channel prices is one click, and gift cards pay from here too.
Each is a button or a form in the app; every one is tied to role permissions and logged.
The shop assistant’s version of a basket: an order nobody has placed yet.
Several drafts at once, from the orders list. All or none.
One call: records the spend as pending and asks gift_cards to redeem it (a reaction); a refusal marks it failed and puts the amount back.
Nothing more will happen on it.
The customer is sending something back. Nothing moves until it arrives.
The parcel arrived. The order moves to returned or partially returned; the shelf waits for the inspection.
What can be sold again goes back on a named shelf, with a ledger row; what is damaged does not.
The return is not accepted — outside the window, or not what was sold.
The shop agrees to give an amount back — Saleor’s granted refund. The money moves in Finance.
Puts a voucher code on a draft or unconfirmed order, or takes it off. Order promotions step aside for a coupon.
Saleor’s orderDiscountAdd/Update: one percentage or amount off a draft or unconfirmed order, with a reason. The order-level coupon and order promotions step aside while it is on.
Saleor’s orderDiscountDelete. The coupon and promotions apply again.
