How it works

You say it.Era knows, does, and asks.

Describe the job. Era uses your chosen AI source, tools and workflows within your workspace permissions.

Open your account, connect your AI.No credits; your own subscription does the work.

Open your Era account, then sign in once with the Claude Code, Codex, Antigravity or Grok subscription you already use. That sign-in stays on your computer, in the tool’s own file; Era never sees your password. You can add your own API key too — it is kept encrypted in the vault.

  • A subscription or your own API key
  • AI usage goes to your provider account
  • Just you, or the whole team

Pick your business, get a ready setup.Or start from a single template.

Hair salon, café, boutique, dental clinic… Once you pick your business, Era knows which modules to open, which workflows to run and how your website should look. Or pick just one workflow or one website theme.

  • Modules and agents for your sector
  • Ready-made workflows
  • Website themes with real photos

Era sets it up.Modules, website, workflows, sample records.

Era opens the whole setup in one go: modules and team roles, ready agents, workflows, the website theme and sample records to try things with. You start with a working business, not an empty screen — and you can change everything later.

  • Modules and team roles
  • Agents and workflows
  • Website theme and sample records

Say it, Era does it.Several jobs run at once.

Type or say what you need. Era breaks the job down; Claude Code and Codex work with their own tools — web search, files, terminal — reach Era through one “era” connection and write records with your permissions. Chat runs on your own subscription first.

  • Typed or spoken
  • Jobs run side by side, each one visible
  • Records are written with your permissions

Describe a job, Era breaks it down

Era plans the job, hands the tasks to the AI tools you connected and you follow them all on one board. Steps like sending and publishing wait for your approval.

05/ 06

It asks at the steps that matter.Your data stays yours.

For money, deleting and sending things out, Era shows an approval card; nothing goes until you approve. You decide who sees what with roles, and Era works within the same permissions. Everything it learns from conversations is visible — correct it or make it forget.

  • Money, deleting, sending: it asks first
  • Role permissions, Era included
  • Memory in your hands

06/ 06

On your desktop and on the web.In the cloud when your computer is off.

The Windows app pairs once: you approve it on the web, no second sign-in. Web and desktop see the same chats and the same business. When your computer is off, work moves to your cloud computer, or — without one — to the Era server with your API key.

  • Windows app and web
  • Same chats, same records
  • A cloud computer with its own desktop
