Every call logged, nobody forgotten

Log each call with its outcome and notes; give it a follow-up date and it shows up that day. Leads nobody has called yet wait in a list of their own.

The call log, next to the lead

Each row is a call: who called, the outcome, what was said, when to call again. A third failed call in a row closes the lead. The list exports to Excel by caller.

What you can do on Calls

Each is a button or a form in the app; every one is tied to role permissions and logged.

Export calls to Excel

Returns the call log grouped into one workbook sheet per caller.

Save a call template

A quick note the call form can drop in — new, or an existing one edited and reopened.

Close a call template

Takes a template out of the picker.

Log a call

Records a call — and closes the lead when it is the third failure in a row.

Open a lead

Starts a sales pursuit for somebody already recognised as a customer.

Assign a lead

Gives the lead an owner, or returns it to the pool.

Move a lead

Moves the lead to another stage, and closes it when that stage is terminal.

Edit a lead

Changes the pursuit — its source, owner, note or trial length.

Start a trial

Begins the trial and records the day it began.

Restore a lead

Brings an archived lead back.

Export leads

The lead list as filtered, as rows — the leads screen turns them into a CSV.

How it connects to other modules

Calls is part of the Sales module and uses the same customer record and permissions.

It has its own row in the Sales menu; it is part of the Sales module and shows while the module is on.

The Sales module’s role permissions apply here too. Era works within the same permissions; sending and deleting wait for your approval.
