What happens when you connect

• Every package becomes an order in Era, and its status keeps itself up to date
• Products are matched to your Era products by barcode and stock code
• After every sale, the stock in Era is sent to Trendyol
• Customers are added to Era once — the same person is never created twice
• New orders arrive instantly; if instant notices can’t be set up, Era checks every 5 minutes

How to connect

   In Era, open Apps → Business apps → Trendyol.

2. 2

   Copy your connection details from Seller Panel → Account Information → Integration Information.

3. 3

   Paste them and press Connect. Era keeps the keys in its encrypted vault and tests the connection right away.

   If you like, pick the test environment first and try it; then switch to Live.
