Before you start

Catalogue → Products → New product. Add the options (e.g. Colour: Cream, Anthracite) and each combination becomes a variant with its own stock and SKU.

Settings → Shop → Shipping. Standard cargo (₺89) and next-day (₺159) are ready; open a method and set a minimum order total to make it free above ₺1,500.

Shop → Discounts → Vouchers. HOSGELDIN10 (10% off a first order over ₺500) is already there — copy it for a new campaign or set a usage limit.

Yes — a draft invoice is created for every order. Check and issue them from Finance → Invoices; issuing sends the PDF to the customer.

Open the order → Request return, choose the lines. When the parcel arrives, receive and inspect it; restocked items go back to the warehouse and you grant the refund from the same screen.
