Era for your photography studio.
Studio sessions booked online, a “baby’s first year” package, wedding quotes with a deposit, and every gallery delivered on time.
Is your work spread over 8 tools that don’t know each other?
Bookings in one place, messages in another, payments in a sheet. A change stays in one tool before it reaches the people who need it.
Tool logos are examples; they imply no partnership or endorsement.
Era brings them into one place. A few of the apps you can connect

Same week. Same team. A different day.
Weddings, product shoots and passport photos have different lengths and prices; a deposit holds the date and selection and delivery follow the shoot.
Photography studio: the same work, today and with Era.
- Today: Lost requests. A client’s email never got onto anyone’s list. — Era: Shared inbox. Email and WhatsApp in one inbox; requests go to the right person.
- Today: Hunting documents. Which version is latest and who changed it is unknown. — Era: Documents on the file. Documents live on the client file, with their history.
- Today: Quote approval. An approved quote never became an invoice. — Era: Quote to invoice. An approved quote becomes an invoice in one step.
- Today: Collections. An overdue invoice was spotted at month end. — Era: Due-date follow-up. Due invoices are reminded; payments land on the card.

One workspace. Your whole business.
Setup switches 6 sections on together: appointments, packages, quotes, invoices and more. The table is a sample filled with the setup’s real services.
Ready for photography studio. Working from day one.
Everything switched on at setup comes from this business type’s own list: services, teammates, workflows and sections.

Wired to real events; switch them on, off or change them in plain words.

What’s still unpaid this month?
Four invoices are overdue, two from the same client. I’ve drafted reminder emails and will wait for your approval.
Before you start
From the “Book a session” page of your website; services, durations and prices are ready under Bookings → Services. Each booking gets a preparation message and a reminder the day before.
It is four sessions over 12 months (Bookings → Packages). Write the baby’s birth date on the Shoot details card to plan the 3rd, 6th and 12th month sessions.
Send the wedding quote; when the couple accepts, approve it and the invoice is issued. Record the 30% deposit against it and the balance a week before the wedding.
Six days after each completed session you get a task to finish the edit; paste the gallery link on the client and tick “Gallery delivered”.
Appointments, Packages, Quotes, Invoices, Website, AI; 6 ready services and products, 3 teammates, 4 workflows, 19 notification rules and a website theme.
Yes. Switch on “start with sample data” during setup to get realistic customers, records and history; remove them in one step when you are ready.

Keep client files, quotes and invoices together.
