Same week. Same team. A different day.

Facials, brows, waxing and laser happen under one roof, in different rooms with different specialists. Package sessions used and the next session date must be tracked.

Beauty center: the same work, today and with Era.

  • Today: Double booking. Two clients booked at the same time; one is waiting at the door. — Era: Specialist calendars. Each specialist has their own hours; taken slots never show online.
  • Today: No-shows. The reminder was forgotten; the chair sat empty for an hour. — Era: Automatic reminders. A WhatsApp or SMS goes the day before; the reply lands on the card.
  • Today: Package sessions. Nobody knows how many sessions are left. — Era: Package counter. Each visit counts down the package; what’s left is on the card.
  • Today: Client notes. Colour formulas and skin notes live in a notebook or memory. — Era: Client card. Formula, consent and past services on one card.

Whose package runs out tomorrow?

Three of tomorrow’s clients are on their last package session. I can send a renewal offer with the booking confirmation — I’ll show it to you first.

Sections on from day one

10 sections switch on together; turn off what you don’t need, add more later.

Before you start

Bookings → Packages has G5 10 sessions, Monthly facial and the Bridal skin course ready. Sell one from the client’s page; each booking takes a session off, and you see how many are left.

Finance → Invoices → New invoice, choose the client and the package line; prices include 20% VAT. Issuing it emails the invoice to the client automatically.

The Skin card on every client: skin type, what she wants, her own declaration (allergies, medication, pregnancy), home-care products, and ticks for the consent form and KVKK.

Invite them from Settings → Members with the Therapist role, then tick in each treatment who performs it. Reception keeps the full calendar.

The “Package ended → renewal call” workflow gives reception a task to call the client. Monthly packages renew themselves unless renewal is switched off.

Appointments, Packages, Gift cards, Invoices, Inbox, Campaigns, Website, Team, Forms, AI; 12 ready services and products, 3 teammates, 4 workflows, 17 notification rules and a website theme.

Yes. Switch on “start with sample data” during setup to get realistic customers, records and history; remove them in one step when you are ready.
