Same week. Same team. A different day.

Home and office cleans are split across crews and days; regular customers want the same crew each week. Supplies, address and key details belong to every job.

Cleaning company: the same work, today and with Era.

  • Today: Missed call-outs. The breakdown message never reached the team; the customer called twice. — Era: Same-day dispatch. The call is booked and assigned to an available technician.
  • Today: Forgotten servicing. The annual service passed; the customer went elsewhere. — Era: Care plans. When it’s due, the customer is invited and books themselves.
  • Today: Second visits. The needed part wasn’t in the van. — Era: Work orders. Unit, parts and notes on the work order before the technician leaves.
  • Today: Unbilled work. The job is done; the form waits on a desk. — Era: Job to invoice. A completed job becomes an invoice with a payment link.

Erasample

Whose service is due this month?

Twelve customers are due this month, four in the same district. I’ve drafted invitations and can group them on one day — I’ll ask before sending.

Sections on from day one

10 sections switch on together; turn off what you don’t need, add more later.

Before you start

Every booking appears in Field service → To dispatch. Choose who goes and the address; when they leave, mark it “On the way” and the customer gets a WhatsApp message.

Open the company → Subscriptions → Start, with the monthly amount. Each month you get a task to put that month’s visits on the calendar, and the invoice follows the contract.

Quotes → New quote, pick the company, add the office clean line with the number of visits a month. When they accept, the approval workflow turns it into an invoice.

On the customer’s Home details card: home size, square metres, who holds the key, pets and products to avoid. The crew sees it on every visit.

Yes. When the visit is completed from the field service queue, the crew leader adds notes and photos; you can also require the customer’s signature in Settings → Field service.

Home service, Appointments, Sales, Quotes, Subscriptions, Invoices, Inbox, Website, Team, AI; 9 ready services and products, 3 teammates, 6 workflows, 19 notification rules and a website theme.

Yes. Switch on “start with sample data” during setup to get realistic customers, records and history; remove them in one step when you are ready.

Send technicians out with everything they need.
