Same week. Same team. A different day.

The weekly menu goes out on Sunday; subscribers’ meals are prepared per person and delivered early. Calories, allergens and delivery address are kept per customer.

Meal-prep delivery: the same work, today and with Era.

  • Today: Lost reservations. A phone booking never reached the book; two parties, one table. — Era: Table bookings. Site, phone and WhatsApp bookings share one table plan.
  • Today: Scattered orders. Delivery orders wait on three different screens. — Era: One order list. Orders from your own site reach kitchen and till together.
  • Today: Running out. Flour ran out in the middle of dinner service. — Era: Menu and stock. Sold items count down stock; low items raise a flag.
  • Today: Forgotten regulars. Only one waiter knows the usual order. — Era: Loyalty card. The regular’s order and points are on their card; offers follow.

Do we have enough for tonight?

Based on bookings and last Friday, two ingredients are running low. I’ve drafted a supplier order and will show it to you before sending.

Sections on from day one

6 sections switch on together; turn off what you don’t need, add more later.

Before you start

Open the customer → Subscriptions → Start, choose weekly and the plan price. It renews every week; each new week creates a kitchen task with the customer’s calories and allergies.

Open the subscription → Pause, and Resume when they are back. Tag them “Paused” so you can check in before they return.

On the customer’s Nutrition card; the kitchen task for each week repeats them so they go on the box label.

Every Sunday at 17:00 you get a task to publish the menu on the website’s “This week’s menu” page and send it to subscribers.

Shop, Subscriptions, Invoices, Inbox, Website, AI; 3 ready services and products, 3 teammates, 6 workflows, 16 notification rules and a website theme.

Yes. Switch on “start with sample data” during setup to get realistic customers, records and history; remove them in one step when you are ready.
