Same week. Same team. A different day.

Orders from the showroom and dealers are made to size and fabric; production time and assembled delivery are planned with the customer.

Furniture manufacturer: the same work, today and with Era.

  • Today: Missed orders. An emailed order never entered the production plan. — Era: Order to work order. An approved quote becomes an order, then a work order.
  • Today: Missing materials. Production started; materials ran out halfway. — Era: Stock and supply. Low stock prepares a supplier order draft.
  • Today: Unclear delivery. The customer keeps asking where the order is. — Era: Status updates. Each stage change notifies the customer.
  • Today: Disconnected invoices. The shipment left; the invoice came a week later. — Era: Shipment to invoice. A completed shipment creates the invoice with its terms.

Which orders could be late this week?

Two orders are waiting on materials; one is due Friday. I’ve drafted the supplier order and a note to the customer — I’ll show you both before sending.

Sections on from day one

12 sections switch on together; turn off what you don’t need, add more later.

Before you start

Calendar → New appointment → Measuring visit, pick the customer and the address. The visit is dispatched to the team and the customer gets a reminder the day before.

Invite them with the Assembly team role. They see their delivery visits in Field service, mark “On the way”, “Arrived” and “Done”, and collect the customer’s signature on completion.

Catalogue prices are showroom prices including VAT. For dealers, apply their discount on the order or quote; with Discounts you can make it a standing rule per customer.

Open the customer → Made-to-measure notes: room size, fabric code, wood finish and floor/lift. The delivery team sees the same card.

Send a quote; when the customer accepts, an agreement opens. Split it under Finance → Agreements (e.g. 30% now, the rest on delivery) and record the deposit.

Sales, Quotes, Shop, Discounts, Product types, Invoices, Home service, Inbox, Website, Campaigns, Team, AI; 3 ready services and products, 3 teammates, 5 workflows, 22 notification rules and a website theme.

Yes. Switch on “start with sample data” during setup to get realistic customers, records and history; remove them in one step when you are ready.
