Era for your textile & apparel manufacturer.
Brand orders from tech pack to bulk: sample approval, per-piece quotes, minimum order quantities and 30-day invoices.
Is your work spread over 7 tools that don’t know each other?
Bookings in one place, messages in another, payments in a sheet. A change stays in one tool before it reaches the people who need it.
Tool logos are examples; they imply no partnership or endorsement.

Same week. Same team. A different day.
Orders from brands go through sample approval, fabric sourcing and the production line; size-colour splits and due dates differ every time.
Textile & apparel manufacturer: the same work, today and with Era.
- Today: Missed orders. An emailed order never entered the production plan. — Era: Order to work order. An approved quote becomes an order, then a work order.
- Today: Missing materials. Production started; materials ran out halfway. — Era: Stock and supply. Low stock prepares a supplier order draft.
- Today: Unclear delivery. The customer keeps asking where the order is. — Era: Status updates. Each stage change notifies the customer.
- Today: Disconnected invoices. The shipment left; the invoice came a week later. — Era: Shipment to invoice. A completed shipment creates the invoice with its terms.

Before you start
Open the lead → Request documents. The brand gets a link for the tech pack, the measurement chart and the label files; each upload lands on the lead and becomes a task for the pattern room.
Sales → Leads, board view: Tech pack received → Sample in production → Sample with the brand → Price quoted. Drag the card when the sample moves.
Write it on the product’s Garment spec card. The costing assistant never drafts a line below it, and your quote shows the quantity per style and colour.
Accepting the quote opens an agreement. Under Finance → Agreements split it into instalments — 30% now, the balance 30 days after shipping — and record the advance when it arrives.
Garments are set to 10%; sample sewing and pattern work are services at 20%. Both classes are ready under Settings → Tax.
Sales, Quotes, Shop, Discounts, Product types, Invoices, Document requests, Team, Website, AI; 3 ready services and products, 3 teammates, 5 workflows, 18 notification rules and a website theme.
Yes. Switch on “start with sample data” during setup to get realistic customers, records and history; remove them in one step when you are ready.

Follow every step from order to shipment.
