Era for your dance school.
Salsa, bachata and tango levels, kids’ ballet, monthly passes, wedding first-dance packages and ticketed social nights.
Is your work spread over 8 tools that don’t know each other?
Bookings in one place, messages in another, payments in a sheet. A change stays in one tool before it reaches the people who need it.
Tool logos are examples; they imply no partnership or endorsement.
Era brings them into one place. A few of the apps you can connect

Same week. Same team. A different day.
Salsa, ballet and hip-hop groups sit in a weekly timetable by level; show season adds extra rehearsals. Monthly fees and trial classes are tracked.
Dance school: the same work, today and with Era.
- Today: Lost leads. A trial student was never called back. — Era: Lead follow-up. After a trial lesson, parents get a follow-up automatically.
- Today: Attendance. Who missed class and when parents heard is unclear. — Era: Classes and attendance. Take attendance and absent students’ parents are told.
- Today: Instalment tracking. A late instalment was spotted at term end. — Era: Payment plan. Enrolment creates instalments; each due one is reminded.
- Today: Scattered notices. The holiday notice never reached some parents. — Era: Class notices. Notices go to parents chosen by class or course.

Three students are late, one by two months. I’ve drafted the reminders and will show them to you before sending.
Before you start
Bookings → Packages has the 8-class and unlimited passes. Sell one from the dancer’s page; each class they attend is taken off the pass, and it renews monthly.
Events → New event, add a ticket (₺350 with a drink) and publish. Everyone who registers gets their ticket code on WhatsApp; check them in at the door.
Sell the 5-lesson wedding package, write the wedding date and song on the Dancer card, then book the lessons. The coordinator warns you if the lessons do not fit before the date.
Campaigns → New campaign, choose everyone tagged “Last season” and send a WhatsApp or email with the new timetable.
Yes. Open today’s class and tick who came; newcomers who attend get the pass offer automatically.
