Era for your driving school.
Candidates from enquiry to licence: theory groups, driving lessons in the car calendar, documents and the course fee in instalments.
Is your work spread over 8 tools that don’t know each other?
Bookings in one place, messages in another, payments in a sheet. A change stays in one tool before it reaches the people who need it.
Tool logos are examples; they imply no partnership or endorsement.
Era brings them into one place. A few of the apps you can connect
All apps- WhatsApp Business
- Facebook Messenger
- Gmail
- Google Calendar

Same week. Same team. A different day.
Theory classes happen in a classroom, driving lessons by car and instructor; exam dates follow the official calendar. Each trainee’s documents and instalments are tracked.
Driving school: the same work, today and with Era.
- Today: Lost leads. A trial student was never called back. — Era: Lead follow-up. After a trial lesson, parents get a follow-up automatically.
- Today: Attendance. Who missed class and when parents heard is unclear. — Era: Classes and attendance. Take attendance and absent students’ parents are told.
- Today: Instalment tracking. A late instalment was spotted at term end. — Era: Payment plan. Enrolment creates instalments; each due one is reminded.
- Today: Scattered notices. The holiday notice never reached some parents. — Era: Class notices. Notices go to parents chosen by class or course.

Any late instalments this month?
Three students are late, one by two months. I’ve drafted the reminders and will show them to you before sending.
Sections on from day one
7 sections switch on together; turn off what you don’t need, add more later.
Before you start
Invite instructors from Settings → Members (Driving instructor role) and tick them on the driving-lesson services. Book from Bookings → Calendar; each lesson is 50 minutes with 10 minutes to change candidates.
Open the candidate → Finance → New agreement with the course fee, then “Schedule instalments”. Finance → Instalments due shows who is due this week.
The Licence candidate card on each candidate: licence class, health report, e-exam date, driving-test date and lessons done. Filter candidates by e-exam date to plan the month.
Mark it “No-show”: the lesson counts as used and the front desk gets a task to call and rebook. A cancelled lesson’s slot is offered to another candidate.
Yes — connect the number in Inbox → Settings → Channels. Saved replies for documents, price and meeting point are ready; type “/” in a reply.
Sales, Group classes, Appointments, Invoices, Inbox, Website, AI; 7 ready services and products, 3 teammates, 5 workflows, 17 notification rules and a website theme.
Yes. Switch on “start with sample data” during setup to get realistic customers, records and history; remove them in one step when you are ready.
