Before you start

They write on WhatsApp and the lesson scheduler proposes two free times from your calendar. You can also book from Bookings → Calendar. Your hours are weekdays 15:00–21:00 and weekends — change them under Settings → Availability.

Bookings → Packages has the 8-lesson packages. Open the family and choose “Sell package”; every lesson taken is deducted automatically.

On the family’s Student card: grade, school, where the lesson happens and the topics to work on. After each lesson you get a task reminding you to update it.

Lessons can be moved up to 6 hours before (Settings → Bookings → cutoff). A cancelled slot creates a task to offer it to another family.

If you are registered as self-employed, yes: Finance → Invoices → New invoice, or issue one from the monthly package. Prices are entered VAT-included.
