Is your work spread over 8 tools that don’t know each other?

Bookings in one place, messages in another, payments in a sheet. A change stays in one tool before it reaches the people who need it.

Same week. Same team. A different day.

Children are grouped by age for robotics and coding; the term ends with project demos. Summer camps and trial lessons drive enrolment.

Coding & robotics school: the same work, today and with Era.

  • Today: Lost leads. A trial student was never called back. — Era: Lead follow-up. After a trial lesson, parents get a follow-up automatically.
  • Today: Attendance. Who missed class and when parents heard is unclear. — Era: Classes and attendance. Take attendance and absent students’ parents are told.
  • Today: Instalment tracking. A late instalment was spotted at term end. — Era: Payment plan. Enrolment creates instalments; each due one is reminded.
  • Today: Scattered notices. The holiday notice never reached some parents. — Era: Class notices. Notices go to parents chosen by class or course.

Any late instalments this month?

Three students are late, one by two months. I’ve drafted the reminders and will show them to you before sending.

Sections on from day one

6 sections switch on together; turn off what you don’t need, add more later.

Before you start

Book the trial from the parent’s lead. When you mark it completed, the parent gets the suggested track and price; move the lead to “Enrolled” and sell the term package.

Each track is a class with at most eight places (Bookings → Classes). Write the child’s age and track on the Student card and filter by it when you open a new group.

Teachers write each child’s project on the Student card; on the 25th they get a reminder, and the parent-note assistant sends a three-sentence note from it.

Yes — switch on Events and create the camp with its dates, places and price; parents register with a link.
