Is your work spread over 7 tools that don’t know each other?

Bookings in one place, messages in another, payments in a sheet. A change stays in one tool before it reaches the people who need it.

Same week. Same team. A different day.

Each dentist’s chair is scheduled on its own; a filling takes half an hour, a root canal an hour, and treatment plans span several visits. Patients approve the plan and pay in instalments.

Dental clinic: the same work, today and with Era.

  • Today: Lost bookings. A booking taken by phone never made it into the book. — Era: One calendar. Online, phone or WhatsApp: every booking goes into the same doctor’s calendar.
  • Today: Missed check-ups. Neither patient nor clinic remembered the six-month check-up. — Era: Check-up reminders. When it’s due the patient is invited; the reply goes on their card.
  • Today: Scattered notes. Treatment notes, consent and images are in different places. — Era: Permission-protected record. Only authorised clinicians see notes; the front desk runs bookings.
  • Today: Instalment tracking. An overdue instalment was spotted at month end. — Era: Payment plan. Approve the plan and instalments are created and reminded.

Who is due for a check-up this week?

Five patients are due this week; two have only an email address. I’ve drafted the invitations and will wait for your approval before sending.

Sections on from day one

9 sections switch on together; turn off what you don’t need, add more later.

Before you start

Sales → Quotes → New quote. Pick the patient, add the treatments (they carry their prices) and send. The patient accepts online; the follow-up workflow reminds you to call if they have not answered in five days.

Open the patient → Finance → New agreement with the total, then Schedule instalments with dates and amounts. Each payment you record is matched to its instalment and overdue ones show on Finance → Receivables.

Open the patient — the Patient intake card holds what the patient tells you (allergies, regular medication, emergency contact) and a tick for the signed KVKK consent. Clinical records stay in your clinical software.

Settings → Members → Invite, with the Dentist role. Then open each treatment under Bookings → Services and tick which dentists perform it. Working hours and leave are set per person under Availability.

Yes — reminders go out 24 hours before by SMS and WhatsApp once those channels are connected in Inbox → Settings → Channels. The six-month recall workflow can be switched on under Workflows.

Appointments, Quotes, Invoices, Finance, Inbox, Website, Team, Help center, AI; 12 ready services and products, 3 teammates, 5 workflows, 19 notification rules and a website theme.
