Era for your doctor’s practice.
Afternoon clinic hours, short examination slots, free follow-up visits and reminders — run by one doctor and a secretary.
Is your work spread over 7 tools that don’t know each other?
Bookings in one place, messages in another, payments in a sheet. A change stays in one tool before it reaches the people who need it.
Tool logos are examples; they imply no partnership or endorsement.
Era brings them into one place. A few of the apps you can connect

Same week. Same team. A different day.
A practice runs on appointments; the secretary answers the phone and WhatsApp and reminds patients of check-ups. Patient notes are kept for the doctor’s eyes only.
Doctor’s practice: the same work, today and with Era.
- Today: Lost bookings. A booking taken by phone never made it into the book. — Era: One calendar. Online, phone or WhatsApp: every booking goes into the same doctor’s calendar.
- Today: Missed check-ups. Neither patient nor clinic remembered the six-month check-up. — Era: Check-up reminders. When it’s due the patient is invited; the reply goes on their card.
- Today: Scattered notes. Treatment notes, consent and images are in different places. — Era: Permission-protected record. Only authorised clinicians see notes; the front desk runs bookings.
- Today: Instalment tracking. An overdue instalment was spotted at month end. — Era: Payment plan. Approve the plan and instalments are created and reminded.

One workspace. Your whole business.
Setup switches 5 sections on together: appointments, invoices, inbox, website and more. The table is a sample filled with the setup’s real services.
Ready for doctor’s practice. Working from day one.
Everything switched on at setup comes from this business type’s own list: services, teammates, workflows and sections.
Workflows that run themselves
Wired to real events; switch them on, off or change them in plain words.
Your price list, ready on day one
It arrives as a sample; replace it with your own services and prices in the first step.

Your teammates are ready

Ask your workspace
Ask a question; get the answer with the records behind it.
Who is due for a check-up this week?
Five patients are due this week; two have only an email address. I’ve drafted the invitations and will wait for your approval before sending.
Sections on from day one
5 sections switch on together; turn off what you don’t need, add more later.
Before you start
Open the appointment → Book again → choose “Follow-up visit (within 10 days)”. It has no fee; the follow-up keeper creates a task if one was not booked.
Invite them from Settings → Members with the Medical secretary role: they book, move, check in and invoice, but cannot change settings.
Bookings → Availability → Add a closed day (or request leave). Online booking hides those days and the booking assistant will not offer them.
On the patient’s Patient card: allergies and regular medication as the patient tells you, insurance type and the KVKK consent tick. Keep clinical notes in your medical record system.
From the appointment choose Invoice, or Finance → Invoices → New. The examination fee carries 10% VAT, included in the price.
Appointments, Invoices, Inbox, Website, AI; 8 ready services and products, 3 teammates, 4 workflows, 17 notification rules and a website theme.
Yes. Switch on “start with sample data” during setup to get realistic customers, records and history; remove them in one step when you are ready.

Run a well-ordered clinic for your patients.
