Is your work spread over 7 tools that don’t know each other?

Bookings in one place, messages in another, payments in a sheet. A change stays in one tool before it reaches the people who need it.

Same week. Same team. A different day.

A course of treatment takes ten to twenty sessions; a patient’s slots are fixed week by week. Measurements and exercise plans are updated every session.

Physiotherapy clinic: the same work, today and with Era.

  • Today: Lost bookings. A booking taken by phone never made it into the book. — Era: One calendar. Online, phone or WhatsApp: every booking goes into the same doctor’s calendar.
  • Today: Missed check-ups. Neither patient nor clinic remembered the six-month check-up. — Era: Check-up reminders. When it’s due the patient is invited; the reply goes on their card.
  • Today: Scattered notes. Treatment notes, consent and images are in different places. — Era: Permission-protected record. Only authorised clinicians see notes; the front desk runs bookings.
  • Today: Instalment tracking. An overdue instalment was spotted at month end. — Era: Payment plan. Approve the plan and instalments are created and reminded.

Five patients are due this week; two have only an email address. I’ve drafted the invitations and will wait for your approval before sending.

Before you start

Bookings → Packages holds the 10-session physiotherapy and 8-session manual therapy packages. Open the patient → Packages → Sell; every session booked afterwards is deducted automatically.

On the patient’s page under Packages: used and remaining sessions and the end date. The package tracker asks you to book a re-assessment when two remain.

Yes — invite them from Settings → Members with the Physiotherapist role, then set their working hours and leave under Bookings → Availability.

Tick “Doctor’s referral received” on the Physio intake card and attach the scanned document under the patient’s Files.

Mark it “No-show”: a call task is created at once. Whether the session is deducted is your choice — release it from the package page if you forgive it.
