Era for your five-a-side pitch.
Hourly pitch bookings on WhatsApp, fixed weekly teams on a monthly subscription, and no-shows that get caught.
Is your work spread over 8 tools that don’t know each other?
Bookings in one place, messages in another, payments in a sheet. A change stays in one tool before it reaches the people who need it.
Tool logos are examples; they imply no partnership or endorsement.
Era brings them into one place. A few of the apps you can connect
All apps- WhatsApp Business
- Facebook Messenger
- Gmail
- Google Calendar
- Google Business Profile
- Outlook
- iyzico
- PayTR
- Stripe
- Paraşüt
- Uyumsoft
- Google Drive
- Google Sheets
- Microsoft Teams

Logos show apps you can connect; they do not imply a partnership.
Same week. Same team. A different day.
The pitch fills hour by hour in the evening; regular teams want the same slot every week and a cancelled slot must be resold at once. Payment is usually taken before kick-off.
Five-a-side pitch: the same work, today and with Era.
- Today: Double bookings. The same room sold through two channels. — Era: One availability. One room plan; a taken room never shows free anywhere.
- Today: Deposit tracking. An unpaid booking is still being held. — Era: Paid bookings. A deposit link goes out; if unpaid, a reminder follows.
- Today: Guest details. Arrival time and special requests got lost in messages. — Era: Guest card. Requests, past stays and payments on one card.
- Today: Scattered events. Wedding menu, headcount and payment in three places. — Era: Event file. Quote, contract and payment plan tied to the event.

Any rooms free this weekend?
Two rooms are free on Saturday and four on Sunday. I drafted an offer for the guest on the waiting list and will check with you before sending.
Sections on from day one
5 sections switch on together; turn off what you don’t need, add more later.
Before you start
They are two services — evening hour and daytime hour. Change their prices under Catalog; captains choose the one for the hour they book.
Start a monthly subscription for the team under Finance → Subscriptions and book their hour each week. At the start of every month they get the amount on WhatsApp.
Mark the booking “No-show”. The second time, ban the captain from the booking (Ban customer) — their phone can no longer book.
Add one member per pitch (e.g. “Pitch 1 staff”, “Pitch 2 staff”) in Settings → Members and assign the hour services to both; each has its own calendar.
Yes — connect WhatsApp in Inbox → Settings → Channels and switch on the Pitch booker; it books free hours and leaves the rest for you.
Appointments, Subscriptions, Inbox, Website, AI; 4 ready services and products, 3 teammates, 5 workflows, 16 notification rules and a website theme.
Yes. Switch on “start with sample data” during setup to get realistic customers, records and history; remove them in one step when you are ready.

Run every booking from one room plan.
Describe your business in a sentence and Era sets up services, teammates and workflows to match. It runs on your own AI subscription.
