Era for tour operators.
Scheduled departures with seats, room-share tickets, pick-up points and a briefing before every tour.
Is your work spread over 8 tools that don’t know each other?
Bookings in one place, messages in another, payments in a sheet. A change stays in one tool before it reaches the people who need it.
Tool logos are examples; they imply no partnership or endorsement.
Era brings them into one place. A few of the apps you can connect
All apps- WhatsApp Business
- Facebook Messenger
- Gmail
- Google Calendar
- Google Business Profile
- Outlook
- iyzico
- PayTR
- Stripe
- Paraşüt
- Uyumsoft
- Google Drive
- Google Sheets
- Microsoft Teams
- Telegram
Logos show apps you can connect; they do not imply a partnership.
Same week. Same team. A different day.
Tours sell by date and capacity; guides, coaches and hotels are planned. Passenger lists, prepayments and meeting points are confirmed before every departure.
Tour operator: the same work, today and with Era.
- Today: Double bookings. The same room sold through two channels. — Era: One availability. One room plan; a taken room never shows free anywhere.
- Today: Deposit tracking. An unpaid booking is still being held. — Era: Paid bookings. A deposit link goes out; if unpaid, a reminder follows.
- Today: Guest details. Arrival time and special requests got lost in messages. — Era: Guest card. Requests, past stays and payments on one card.
- Today: Scattered events. Wedding menu, headcount and payment in three places. — Era: Event file. Quote, contract and payment plan tied to the event.

One workspace. Your whole business.
Setup switches 7 sections on together: events, sales, invoices, inbox and more. The table is a sample filled with the setup’s real services.
Ready for tour operator. Working from day one.
Everything switched on at setup comes from this business type’s own list: services, teammates, workflows and sections.
Workflows that run themselves
Wired to real events; switch them on, off or change them in plain words.
Your price list, ready on day one
It arrives as a sample; replace it with your own services and prices in the first step.

Your teammates are ready
They work by your rules and ask you first before messaging, paying or deleting.
Ask your workspace
Ask a question; get the answer with the records behind it.
Any rooms free this weekend?
Two rooms are free on Saturday and four on Sunday. I drafted an offer for the guest on the waiting list and will check with you before sending.
Before you start
Events → New event: title, dates, place and the number of seats. Add tickets (double-share, single, child) with prices and press Publish — then it can be sold.
Open the departure: the Registrations tab lists every traveller with ticket and code. Export it for the bus company; ID numbers come from the Traveller card.
Open the departure → Cancel, and write the reason. Everyone registered is released and you get an urgent task to call them.
Give your guide the Tour guide role. On the departure they check each traveller in by name or ticket code.
Record the sale as an agreement in Finance with two instalments — the ₺3,000 deposit and the balance 10 days before departure — and record each payment as it comes.
Events, Sales, Invoices, Inbox, Website, Campaigns, AI; 3 ready services and products, 3 teammates, 5 workflows, 14 notification rules and a website theme.
Yes. Switch on “start with sample data” during setup to get realistic customers, records and history; remove them in one step when you are ready.

Run every booking from one room plan.
Describe your business in a sentence and Era sets up services, teammates and workflows to match. It runs on your own AI subscription.
