Era for your boutique hotel.
Room bookings with deposits, pre-arrival messages, a guest profile and corporate invoices.
Is your work spread over 8 tools that don’t know each other?
Bookings in one place, messages in another, payments in a sheet. A change stays in one tool before it reaches the people who need it.
Tool logos are examples; they imply no partnership or endorsement.
Era brings them into one place. A few of the apps you can connect
All apps- WhatsApp Business
- Facebook Messenger
- Gmail
- Google Calendar
- Google Business Profile
- Outlook
- iyzico

Same week. Same team. A different day.
Rooms fill from booking sites and direct bookings; arrival times, room preferences and special requests sit at reception. Breakfast, transfers and tours round out the stay.
Boutique hotel: the same work, today and with Era.
- Today: Double bookings. The same room sold through two channels. — Era: One availability. One room plan; a taken room never shows free anywhere.
- Today: Deposit tracking. An unpaid booking is still being held. — Era: Paid bookings. A deposit link goes out; if unpaid, a reminder follows.
- Today: Guest details. Arrival time and special requests got lost in messages. — Era: Guest card. Requests, past stays and payments on one card.
- Today: Scattered events. Wedding menu, headcount and payment in three places. — Era: Event file. Quote, contract and payment plan tied to the event.

Ready for boutique hotel. Working from day one.
Everything switched on at setup comes from this business type’s own list: services, teammates, workflows and sections.
Workflows that run themselves
Wired to real events; switch them on, off or change them in plain words.
Your price list, ready on day one
It arrives as a sample; replace it with your own services and prices in the first step.

Ask your workspace
Ask a question; get the answer with the records behind it.
Any rooms free this weekend?
Two rooms are free on Saturday and four on Sunday. I drafted an offer for the guest on the waiting list and will check with you before sending.
Sections on from day one
9 sections switch on together; turn off what you don’t need, add more later.
Before you start
Book the arrival day in Bookings with the room type as the service, then fill the Stay card (nights, adults, board). Record the money as an agreement under Finance with a deposit and a balance instalment.
Open the guest’s agreement in Finance → Instalments due and press Record payment on the deposit instalment. The balance stays open until check-in.
Your website has a rooms page and a chat window; enquiries land in the Inbox and the reservation desk agent answers with prices and availability.
On the guest’s Guest profile card. Only people with the Reception role or above can see it.
Create the company as a customer, then Finance → Invoices → New invoice with the nights at 10% accommodation VAT. Issuing it emails the invoice automatically.
Appointments, Sales, Invoices, Inbox, Campaigns, Website, Gift cards, Help center, AI; 7 ready services and products, 3 teammates, 5 workflows, 17 notification rules and a website theme.
Yes. Switch on “start with sample data” during setup to get realistic customers, records and history; remove them in one step when you are ready.
