Is your work spread over 7 tools that don’t know each other?

Bookings in one place, messages in another, payments in a sheet. A change stays in one tool before it reaches the people who need it.

Same week. Same team. A different day.

Hearing tests, trial devices and fitting appointments stretch over weeks; aids are often paid with state contribution and instalments. Six-monthly servicing is reminded.

Hearing aid center: the same work, today and with Era.

  • Today: Lost bookings. A booking taken by phone never made it into the book. — Era: One calendar. Online, phone or WhatsApp: every booking goes into the same doctor’s calendar.
  • Today: Missed check-ups. Neither patient nor clinic remembered the six-month check-up. — Era: Check-up reminders. When it’s due the patient is invited; the reply goes on their card.
  • Today: Scattered notes. Treatment notes, consent and images are in different places. — Era: Permission-protected record. Only authorised clinicians see notes; the front desk runs bookings.
  • Today: Instalment tracking. An overdue instalment was spotted at month end. — Era: Payment plan. Approve the plan and instalments are created and reminded.

Who is due for a check-up this week?

Five patients are due this week; two have only an email address. I’ve drafted the invitations and will wait for your approval before sending.

Sections on from day one

7 sections switch on together; turn off what you don’t need, add more later.

Before you start

Book “Trial device fitting”. Fourteen days later the desk gets a task to make sure the end-of-trial meeting is booked, where the customer decides.

Open the customer → Finance → New agreement with the total, then Schedule instalments. Issue the invoice for the device; each payment is matched to its instalment.

On the customer’s Hearing aid record card: model, serial numbers left and right, battery size, fitting date, warranty end and the SGK report tick.

Create the parent as the customer and write the relative’s name and phone on the Hearing aid record card; add the relative as a customer too if they message you.

Forty-five days after a sale the customer gets an SMS asking whether they need batteries, and you get a reorder task when stock falls below 10 packs.

Appointments, Shop, Finance, Invoices, Inbox, Website, AI; 9 ready services and products, 3 teammates, 5 workflows, 20 notification rules and a website theme.

Yes. Switch on “start with sample data” during setup to get realistic customers, records and history; remove them in one step when you are ready.
