Is your work spread over 7 tools that don’t know each other?

Bookings in one place, messages in another, payments in a sheet. A change stays in one tool before it reaches the people who need it.

Same week. Same team. A different day.

Nurses visit homes all day; each visit’s time, procedure and medication are recorded. Families want updates and monthly care packages are invoiced.

Home nursing: the same work, today and with Era.

  • Today: Lost bookings. A booking taken by phone never made it into the book. — Era: One calendar. Online, phone or WhatsApp: every booking goes into the same doctor’s calendar.
  • Today: Missed check-ups. Neither patient nor clinic remembered the six-month check-up. — Era: Check-up reminders. When it’s due the patient is invited; the reply goes on their card.
  • Today: Scattered notes. Treatment notes, consent and images are in different places. — Era: Permission-protected record. Only authorised clinicians see notes; the front desk runs bookings.
  • Today: Instalment tracking. An overdue instalment was spotted at month end. — Era: Payment plan. Approve the plan and instalments are created and reminded.

Erasample

Who is due for a check-up this week?

Five patients are due this week; two have only an email address. I’ve drafted the invitations and will wait for your approval before sending.

Sections on from day one

8 sections switch on together; turn off what you don’t need, add more later.

Before you start

Book the visit on the family’s record, then Field service → Visits → Dispatch: choose the nurse and the household’s address. The nurse sees it on her phone and marks it en route, arrived and completed.

Yes: a reminder the day before, and an SMS the moment the nurse marks the visit “en route”. Connect an SMS channel under Inbox → Settings → Channels.

Start a plan on the family’s record (Subscriptions → Start). At every new month a task reminds the coordinator to issue that month’s invoice; the plan biller agent can draft it.

On the Household card: tick “Written doctor’s instruction on file”. Nurse visits are only dispatched automatically when it is ticked.

A home visit depends on which nurse is nearby, so online requests arrive for the coordinator to confirm. Change it under Settings → Bookings → Approval.

Home service, Appointments, Subscriptions, Invoices, Inbox, Team, Website, AI; 6 ready services and products, 3 teammates, 5 workflows, 17 notification rules and a website theme.

Yes. Switch on “start with sample data” during setup to get realistic customers, records and history; remove them in one step when you are ready.
