Era for your kids’ play & party center.
Birthday parties with deposits and themes, play-hour cards, and weekend workshops with tickets.
Is your work spread over 8 tools that don’t know each other?
Bookings in one place, messages in another, payments in a sheet. A change stays in one tool before it reaches the people who need it.
Tool logos are examples; they imply no partnership or endorsement.
Era brings them into one place. A few of the apps you can connect
All apps- WhatsApp Business
- Facebook Messenger
- Gmail
- Google Calendar
- Google Business Profile
- Outlook
- iyzico
- PayTR
- Stripe
- Paraşüt
- Uyumsoft
- Google Drive
- Google Sheets
- Microsoft Teams

Logos show apps you can connect; they do not imply a partnership.
Same week. Same team. A different day.
Entry tickets on weekdays, birthday parties at weekends; party packages, cake and guest numbers are agreed in advance. Parents want photos and an invoice.
Kids’ play & party center: the same work, today and with Era.
- Today: Double bookings. The same room sold through two channels. — Era: One availability. One room plan; a taken room never shows free anywhere.
- Today: Deposit tracking. An unpaid booking is still being held. — Era: Paid bookings. A deposit link goes out; if unpaid, a reminder follows.
- Today: Guest details. Arrival time and special requests got lost in messages. — Era: Guest card. Requests, past stays and payments on one card.
- Today: Scattered events. Wedding menu, headcount and payment in three places. — Era: Event file. Quote, contract and payment plan tied to the event.

One workspace. Your whole business.
Setup switches 7 sections on together: appointments, packages, events, inbox and more. The table is a sample filled with the setup’s real services.
Ready for kids’ play & party center. Working from day one.
Everything switched on at setup comes from this business type’s own list: services, teammates, workflows and sections.
Workflows that run themselves
Wired to real events; switch them on, off or change them in plain words.
Your price list, ready on day one
It arrives as a sample; replace it with your own services and prices in the first step.

Ask your workspace
Ask a question; get the answer with the records behind it.
Any rooms free this weekend?
Two rooms are free on Saturday and four on Sunday. I drafted an offer for the guest on the waiting list and will check with you before sending.
Before you start
Record the party as an agreement in Finance with two instalments — the ₺3,000 deposit now and the rest on the day — and record the deposit when it arrives.
On the booking’s Party card: birthday child, age, number of children, theme, cake and allergies. The animator sees it on the day.
Sell the 10-hour card from Bookings → Packages. Each visit is booked as free play and one hour is used from the card.
Events → New event, set the capacity (e.g. 12 children) and a per-child ticket, and Publish. Parents get a code on WhatsApp.
Write the child’s birthday on the Family card. On the 1st of each month you get a task to send a campaign to families with a birthday in the next two months.
Appointments, Packages, Events, Inbox, Website, Campaigns, AI; 4 ready services and products, 3 teammates, 5 workflows, 17 notification rules and a website theme.
Yes. Switch on “start with sample data” during setup to get realistic customers, records and history; remove them in one step when you are ready.

Run every booking from one room plan.
Describe your business in a sentence and Era sets up services, teammates and workflows to match. It runs on your own AI subscription.
