Is your work spread over 7 tools that don’t know each other?

Bookings in one place, messages in another, payments in a sheet. A change stays in one tool before it reaches the people who need it.

Same week. Same team. A different day.

Children come once or twice a week; parents get home exercises and progress notes. Assessment reports and contact with the school are part of the work.

Speech & language therapy: the same work, today and with Era.

  • Today: Lost bookings. A booking taken by phone never made it into the book. — Era: One calendar. Online, phone or WhatsApp: every booking goes into the same doctor’s calendar.
  • Today: Missed check-ups. Neither patient nor clinic remembered the six-month check-up. — Era: Check-up reminders. When it’s due the patient is invited; the reply goes on their card.
  • Today: Scattered notes. Treatment notes, consent and images are in different places. — Era: Permission-protected record. Only authorised clinicians see notes; the front desk runs bookings.
  • Today: Instalment tracking. An overdue instalment was spotted at month end. — Era: Payment plan. Approve the plan and instalments are created and reminded.

Who is due for a check-up this week?

Five patients are due this week; two have only an email address. I’ve drafted the invitations and will wait for your approval before sending.

Sections on from day one

6 sections switch on together; turn off what you don’t need, add more later.

Before you start

Create the parent as the customer and fill in the Child card: name, date of birth, school, languages at home, who referred them and the signed parent consent.

Bookings → Packages: “8 sessions a month” (₺11,500) and “4 sessions a month” (₺6,000). Sell from the parent’s page; each session is taken off and the package renews monthly.

Write administrative notes on the appointment. Keep clinical assessment and therapy records in your own clinical record system; the parent-note reminder only reminds you to send your note.

Children usually keep a fixed weekly slot, so new requests come to you to confirm. Change it under Settings → Bookings → Approval.

Appointments, Packages, Invoices, Inbox, Website, AI; 5 ready services and products, 3 teammates, 4 workflows, 17 notification rules and a website theme.

Yes. Switch on “start with sample data” during setup to get realistic customers, records and history; remove them in one step when you are ready.
