Bookings in one place, messages in another, payments in a sheet. A change stays in one tool before it reaches the people who need it.

Same week. Same team. A different day.

Football, basketball and volleyball squads train by age group; dues are collected monthly and match and tournament days are announced to parents.

Sports academy: the same work, today and with Era.

  • Today: Lost leads. A trial student was never called back. — Era: Lead follow-up. After a trial lesson, parents get a follow-up automatically.
  • Today: Attendance. Who missed class and when parents heard is unclear. — Era: Classes and attendance. Take attendance and absent students’ parents are told.
  • Today: Instalment tracking. A late instalment was spotted at term end. — Era: Payment plan. Enrolment creates instalments; each due one is reminded.
  • Today: Scattered notices. The holiday notice never reached some parents. — Era: Class notices. Notices go to parents chosen by class or course.

Any late instalments this month?

Three students are late, one by two months. I’ve drafted the reminders and will show them to you before sending.

Sections on from day one

6 sections switch on together; turn off what you don’t need, add more later.

Before you start

Each athlete has a monthly dues plan (Finance → Subscriptions). Every month an invoice is issued and emailed automatically; Finance → Receivables shows who is late.

Bookings → Classes: each age group is a class with up to 20 places and its three weekly trainings. Coaches take attendance from the day’s session.

Cancel that day’s session in the class; everyone booked is released. Then send a WhatsApp campaign to the age group, or switch on Campaigns for it.

On each athlete’s card: licensed, health report date and kit size. Filter by report date before the season starts.

Group classes, Subscriptions, Invoices, Inbox, Website, AI; 8 ready services and products, 3 teammates, 4 workflows, 17 notification rules and a website theme.
