Before you start

Your document checklist is ready under Sales → Document requests. From a student’s lead choose “Send upload link”; they upload each item and you accept or reject it with a reason.

From the student’s lead: New quote. Put tuition and accommodation on the “Programme fees (no VAT)” class and your service fee on 20% VAT. When accepted, the invoice follows your approval.

Move the lead through the stages (documents, application, offer, visa). Each move sends the student a plain message with the next step.
