Is your work spread over 8 tools that don’t know each other?

Bookings in one place, messages in another, payments in a sheet. A change stays in one tool before it reaches the people who need it.

Same week. Same team. A different day.

Registrations, sponsor packages, speaker programmes and hotel blocks run for months; congress week means badges and session tracking.

Conference organiser: the same work, today and with Era.

  • Today: Double bookings. The same room sold through two channels. — Era: One availability. One room plan; a taken room never shows free anywhere.
  • Today: Deposit tracking. An unpaid booking is still being held. — Era: Paid bookings. A deposit link goes out; if unpaid, a reminder follows.
  • Today: Guest details. Arrival time and special requests got lost in messages. — Era: Guest card. Requests, past stays and payments on one card.
  • Today: Scattered events. Wedding menu, headcount and payment in three places. — Era: Event file. Quote, contract and payment plan tied to the event.

Any rooms free this weekend?

Two rooms are free on Saturday and four on Sunday. I drafted an offer for the guest on the waiting list and will check with you before sending.

Sections on from day one

9 sections switch on together; turn off what you don’t need, add more later.

Before you start

Open the congress → Tickets → Early bird and set its capacity to the number already sold; only Standard stays on sale.

When the sponsor accepts the quote, approve the agreement that opens; the invoice is drafted and issued on 30-day terms and emailed.

Build an abstract form in Forms (title, authors, text, topic) and link it from the Call for abstracts page. Each submission creates a reviewer task.

Register the hospital on the congress with quantity 5 and the names in the note, then invoice the hospital on 30 days.

At the registration desk open the congress → Check in and type the delegate’s code; the badge list comes from the Delegate cards.

Events, Sales, Quotes, Invoices, Forms, Campaigns, Inbox, Website, AI; 3 ready services and products, 3 teammates, 6 workflows, 17 notification rules and a website theme.

Yes. Switch on “start with sample data” during setup to get realistic customers, records and history; remove them in one step when you are ready.
