Is your work spread over 7 tools that don’t know each other?

Bookings in one place, messages in another, payments in a sheet. A change stays in one tool before it reaches the people who need it.

Same week. Same team. A different day.

Customers bring a prescription, choose a frame, lenses are ordered and glasses are ready in a few days. Contact-lens wearers want the same box every month.

Optician: the same work, today and with Era.

  • Today: Lost bookings. A booking taken by phone never made it into the book. — Era: One calendar. Online, phone or WhatsApp: every booking goes into the same doctor’s calendar.
  • Today: Missed check-ups. Neither patient nor clinic remembered the six-month check-up. — Era: Check-up reminders. When it’s due the patient is invited; the reply goes on their card.
  • Today: Scattered notes. Treatment notes, consent and images are in different places. — Era: Permission-protected record. Only authorised clinicians see notes; the front desk runs bookings.
  • Today: Instalment tracking. An overdue instalment was spotted at month end. — Era: Payment plan. Approve the plan and instalments are created and reminded.

Who is due for a check-up this week?

Five patients are due this week; two have only an email address. I’ve drafted the invitations and will wait for your approval before sending.

Sections on from day one

6 sections switch on together; turn off what you don’t need, add more later.

Before you start

Open the customer → Prescription card: date, prescribing doctor, right/left SPH, CYL, axis, addition and pupil distance, exactly as written by the eye doctor. Attach a photo of the prescription under Files.

Shop → Orders → New order: add the frame and the lens pair. Leave it unconfirmed until the lab delivers; the customer gets the expected time straight away.

Fulfil the order (Shop → Orders → Fulfil). The lab order tracker sends a “ready to collect” WhatsApp message, or use the /hazir saved reply in the inbox.

Yes — unpaid orders are allowed. Record the deposit as a payment on the order and the rest when the customer collects.

When a model falls to 3 or fewer you get a reorder task; Home → Shop overview shows the best sellers.

Shop, Appointments, Invoices, Inbox, Website, AI; 7 ready services and products, 3 teammates, 4 workflows, 20 notification rules and a website theme.

Yes. Switch on “start with sample data” during setup to get realistic customers, records and history; remove them in one step when you are ready.
